Excellent sense of humour! Brian didn't mind that I seemed to have a different kid with me each time I looked at more condos.
Referral to TKB Law was much appreciated and the service there was excellent and expedient! I appreciated the referral for the carpet cleaner - Olsen's Steam for sure as well.
Following inspection by the Buyers, I appreciated Brian's offer to cover the costs of a small repair they requested.

We were quite anxious about the plethora of options available to us and didn't know where to start.
