Katie is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, offers a perspective on the selling process that is clear, easy, and smooth. We recently sold a rental remotely - never met her in person, and did not travel to Grande Prairie once. She took care of everything, offered to get quotes from lawyers (and did so very quickly), updated us promptly and within ONE week, the unit was sold. I can’t recommend her highly enough! 10 out of 5 stars!

Katie Good is a fabulous real estate agent! Her care and consideration for her clients is unmatched. Her attention to detail came in handy many times as she would often see issues we would overlook while viewing houses. This helped us pick a great first home and dodge a couple of bullets along the way! It was clear that her number one concern was finding the perfect place for us even if it meant prolonging the closing of the sale which we found admirable. She was extremely patient with us as we viewed many houses and had two other offers fall through before we closed on our final home. She was always happy and lovely to be around and extremely responsive if we needed anything. We will recommend her to all our friends and family and will use her going forward for any selling/purchasing we do in the future. Thanks Katie!!

Katie is amazing! What a wonderful women! Katie made us feel number 1. Katie educated us and helped with the purchase of our first home and the sell of our first home.
