We are seniors and have had many dealings in real estate, and real estate brokers over the years. In that time we have never dealt with someone as good at their job and as professional as Tara. She is an honest to goodness professional and takes considerable pride in her work. Tara always treated us with respect and also respected what we wanted and what we were looking for, giving us the latitude to make our own decisions and not pressuring us in any way. Tara was patient, which I think you need to be in her business. She understands that making a purchase of real estate property is substantial and she will accommodate everything you need if you're ready to move forward, or will back away if you're not. She will give you time to think, and will adapt to changes in your plans if necessary. She is extremely knowledgable and provided valuable guidance and advice to us in our dealings. She was also very precise in completing documents for our purchase, and in a point of fact, she suggested a strategy that enabled our offer being accepted and the property to become ours. Tara is someone that we would have no doubt in dealing with our family or friends and will recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.

Service was excellent. Started thinking of selling in March. Tara came over and gave us lots of info on what was required. We decided to proceed in September and Tara made everything happen so fast.
