Alissa was great! She took all the time we needed to help us find the right condo. Her knowledge of the area and of the listings was excellent. She wrote up a very good contract, protecting our rights beautifully. She was fabulous with her communication with us all the way through. Alisa and Paul are real estate market veterans, and have expertise across the entire process of home selling and buying. During an incredibly challenging market this spring, they helped me navigate the TIMING and the selling (for an optimal amount) of my home; moving and purchasing ; (including infinite details you don't think about when deciding where, when, what, & how much to spend) They are an "almanac" of useful statistics, and have a full reference list of quality contractors you might need (from all aspects of home improvement , staging, movers, cleaners , legal, etc.) They spent an inordinate amount of time with me in viewing properties, providing due diligence paperwork on potential purchases, and in follow up after all the transactions were finalized. For the "cost of commission"; they provide far more value than the average realtor to their clients.

They can always be counted on to provide sound, reasoned advice and to listen when defining our needs and list of “nice-to-haves”. Paul has been my realtor for over 35 years and he sold many residences for me or helped with new purchases over that period as I transferred to different locations with my employer. Third location Paul got me in early and we closed the deal at the asking price before other prospects could arrive. When I moved in, the previous tenants left damages, Paul arranged to have them repaired the same day (carpet), allowed me to organize my furniture to final inertia.
