Anmol was meticulous in researching the area before we put the house on the market. He took all our needs as out-of-town investors, into consideration and advised us accordingly.

While the house was on the market, Anmol was patient and handled everything on our behalf. Constantly advised us when we received offers and negotiated fairlyon our behalf.

After the house sold but before closing, he took care of the house through a very frigid winter. He went above and beyond anyone would have by constantly checking on the house to ensure that everything was in good order. Anmol handed the house in an immaculate condition to the new owners.
