After working with two separate realtors to sell the same property, my husband and I were at our wits end. We didn't feel we were heard, much less advocated for. Many emails/messages ignored, repeated failures in showing responses, details being lost in the shuffle, we'd had enough. After taking a bit of a break, we started looking for a new agent. Thankfully the short search landed us with Pedro, and before we knew it, we were on the market yet again. We have been thanking our lucky stars ever since.
In a very volatile condo market, we had the best response in showings with other realtors very responsive with their feedback, which was not occurring in the first couple rounds of listings. You know you're in good hands when other realty professionals respond well, and have mutual respect for who is working for you. Obviously, the best outcome was our condo selling in under two months listing with Pedro, having been on the market for 8 months prior. Odds were still against us with an older building selling along with plenty of new condo buildings popping up on every corner in the area, but Pedro understood the value of what we had in comparison, and really expanded on those selling features.
In our very first meeting with Pedro it was clear he knew Calgary very well, and the condo/inner city market extremely well. He's incredibly professional, very well organized, personable, and easy going, but also hard-working. We felt listened to, his response time was always on target, and we couldn't have had a better advocate in selling, but also with the purchase of our new home. This goes beyond the contract signing, he has continued to be a support during the new build, always willing to step in with any help we've needed or to lend an ear in frustrating times.
