Brendan had been working with us for a couple of years always up dating us with new listings. Until the right property came along. He made the process of selling and purchasing a new home so seamless and stress free In a very busy time in our lives.

Brendan was amazing, very accommodating with our schedule, and very personable. After we looked at a few houses he debriefed with us and made changes to our search to help us narrow down on what we were looking for. When we were getting cold feet he was super supportive and went out of his way to break things down and help us make an informed decision. When we found our home he arranged the paperwork quickly and it was such a smooth process. Being first time home buyers it can be a bit overwhelming but Brendan always answered any questions we had quickly and in such a comforting way. We found Brendan from previous reviews on line. He was very professional in his dealings with us. He knew the market well and was very realistic in pricing our property. Unfortunately due circumstances beyond anyone’s control it did take longer to sell than expected, what with forest fires, smoke and change in government. Brendan was recommended to me by some friends that had nothing but good things to say about him. Being from out of town, I only had limited time to come to Kelowna and fix up my rental unit before listing it. Brendan came in and gave me great advice on where I should focus my limited time and money on quick renos before listing to get the best possible returns.
The listing was phenomenal and attracted a lot of people on the very first day. The house went into a 3 person bidding war on the very first day and sold way over asking price. All of this happened while I was out of town, and so he had to be very involved and attentive. Thank you so much Brendan, If anyone ever asks, I will be highly recommending you as well.

Nothing about our journey was easy - through no fault of Brendan's - but he patiently got us through and we are now happily in our new home. From the very first moment my family met Brendan it was like I was put at ease instantly. Very kind man. I could be friends with Mr. Stoneman. Yes he's an agent, yes they are supposed to be real estate professionals.. in Brendan's case he was MORE. He made of making a point of knowing my family. He spoke to my wife and 3 children like they were all part of our new home purchase. Even while on vacation with his family in another country he was on top of our search. Our extended family is moving to the Okanagan and Brendan will surely look after their real estate needs.

We just purchased our first ever home in this crazy highly competitive market here in the Okanagan! We feel so fortunate to have worked with and been guided through the entire (crazy) process with Brendan! Always making himself available to answer any of our questions or concerns right away whether it was a phone call, e-mail or text message.. even on a Sunday! We were never left wondering or waiting. Brendan was the most amazing person we could have found to help us with buying our first home. It was a little bit difficult working within our specific price range but Brendan had patience and kept us updated on properties as soon as they popped up. He even offered to help with the little things that he did not need to such as talking to the mortgage broker and dropping off paperwork where we needed! When everything was extra stressful around closing day Brendan made sure to keep himself available to us whenever we needed him so that we could call or text with any concerns and he made sure to re-assure us every step of the way.
