I started working with Afshin having high expectations, mostly because of the excellent job he had done helping my sister and an old friend, and I can say without a doubt that the service I received from him exceeded my high expectations. Afshin is highly intelligent, has solid work ethics, and is trustworthy. Looking for a desirable water front property in crazy hot market was not easy as most properties got sold in such a short time frame before we get a chance to check them out.
