Pierre and his team helped me with the sale of my two condos. Each time they managed the process seamlessly from start to finish, taking care of all the little details with minimal involvement in my part, and negotiating to secure the best deal. Their staging was impeccable! Pierre adjusts his selling strategy to prevailing market trends. When I listed my second condo, it was just before Christmas, the market had slowed, there was a lot of competition, but because it was vacant we decided to do it anyway. I connected with Pierre looking to book a pre-construction Condo. Right from the first call Pierre impressed me. He is very polite and patient. I actually harassed him by calling him many times and asking many questions. But every time Pierre would always reply to my calls & messages This gave a great sense of satisfaction.
There were many pre-construction agents who were chasing me for their business, but none were like Pierre. He told me that he would help me secure one of the best unit in the condo Project i was looking for.

Pierre's team offers three critical things that I just have not seen consistently available in other agents:
1. Accurate marketplace knowledge and strategic guidance and not simply access to listings.
2. Access to other important service providers that support real estate transaction and ownership including lawyers, handymen, staging companies, contractors, etc.

This time around to find an agent to sell our condo my wife and I decided not to go with friends and family recommendations but to interview 3 based on connections and research within the area and pick the one we liked best.
The choice to go with Pierre wasn't because of just liking him best it's because he was the best. In your first meeting with Perrie his passion for what he does is clearly identified. Very on point, very knowledgeable, and detailed oriented.
I think what takes Pierre to the next level is his team. One of the most important things in real estate is communication. I met Pierre initially in the fall of 2018 and am currently in process of a first pre-construction investment that should be completed by early 2020. My plan is to add one or more additional units over time.
Having contemplated this type of real estate investment for some time I had heard from and interacted with a number of agents. My decision to work with Pierre after meeting him was based on the fact that I sensed I would not be subject to constant and pressured efforts to make investments, and also that Pierre seemed to focus simply on the investment metrics with analysis to support these. Both have proven true. Pierre will present and can discuss opportunities, but there is no undercurrent of expectation to purchase.
Pierre is always measured and calm and responsive. His supporting team have also proven to be first class and always willing and able to assist as requested. His referrals to other sources such as a lawyer have also been excellent.
