Joaette Young was the best choice for our needs. I am always skeptical of sales people and I generally do not like them or get along with them. This was very different.
I wish that people in sales/commissioned jobs were filled with the character and integrity that we found Joaette to have. Life for me would be much easier. We did not have to think or rethink anything she was telling us because she just seemed trustworthy all around and continued to prove it during this process.
She is dependable, answered our calls day or night whenever we called even if it was multiple times in a 30 min period! If we did not reach her which was rare we would get a call back or message that she would call us back as soon as she was free. She was an excellent communicator throughout this whole process.
As our realtor she helped us make the tough decisions easy and seamless. Joaette is very knowledgeable about the industry, any question we had she could answer and that helped instill confidence in us that she was the best one for the job at hand of selling our house and purchasing another.

Jo keeps you in the loop, even in the time zone differences that we had (UK), she would call to let us know when things will happen and when she expects things from us or others.
She would give good advice on selling and and what we ought to have done to the house or even explain to us the condition of the house and what is needed to bring it up to showcasing standards for potential buyers to view.
Her honest opinions on pricing our property in today's market was also invaluable, it showed that she had done her research on other similar properties that were sold not so long ago in the area we were selling.

My mother in-law had recently moved in with us. The goal was to sell our property and purschase a larger property that would be suitable for a family of five. Displaying true professionalism and being competent in her busines, Joaette, our agent, told us it's best to purchase first as the market was very competive and may prove easier to sell our home than to buy. With six failed offers at securring a property, we were feeling very discouraged about buying and the thought of selling seemed very distant. We started contemplating that we should maybe wait for a couple of months.
