I knew Vicki was the best Moose Jaw had to offer, so there was no confusion around that. I was worried, though, that this time around, we wouldn't be able to afford the - what I assumed would be - higher-than-normal commission rate. To find out that her rates are as excellent as her service made the choosing a no-brainer.
In my opinion, Vicki is one of the only agents in Moose Jaw that attacks each of these departments with the excellency that you'd expect to see in bigger, more competitive markets like Vancouver. The pictures that are taken are beautiful, the write up is well thought out, the use of social media is smart, the ease of the admin is remarkable...she and Global are a well-oiled machine of goodness:)
That said, Vicki is ridiculously approachable and easy to talk with...she listens as well as she explains, and always has a confidence that puts you at ease and makes you feel like all will be well. The only drawback to her popularity and success is that you can't always expect to hear back from her quickly. She's busy, she shuts her phone off while she is with a client, and so sometimes patience is needed when hearing back. But she will always get back to you, eventually. I suppose Vicki just needs to clone herself:)
