Very important that Jim Stonham and his team approached me with respect to my thoughts/ideas about my own home, and it's value to me. This may be irrelevant to the prospective buyer, as they see my home through THEIR EYES. Jim eased me into reality, and still managed to set a more than acceptable price for my home ... and by golly, he got it ! ($295 was my goal, so, " he got it "). Also of great importance, is that during discussions of my home, I felt no pressure from Jim Stonham to change the price. Jim Stonham helped/suggested local companies to attend to/repair a Home Inspector's ' Red Flagged ' items. Jim Stonham coordinated time frames needed for the work to be do, without adversely affecting the showing of my home. All work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. A big BRAVO to Jim Stonham's team for their wonderful people skills ( yes, you Lori, from the Paris office ! ), so important for ME during a time of upheaval. Lori, always calm, sweet, and upbeat on the phone with me ... even when I had a phone problem. A special thanks to the team members that held my Open House events, and Rebecca, you are a Star ! You all worked your @sses off for me. I put my trust in your hands, and you all came thru with flying colours ! ( Hey - the house sold in 8 wks., 2 days, not bad for winter/Christmas time ... u should be proud). We picked Jim because of his good reputation, including a great recommendation from friends, and also because he's a fixture in town we thought he would know everything that was going on and be able to advise us well.
