We met with Shane to reveiw our home. We had previously given him a list of improvements we had completed on our property and so when we met and Sahne walked through the house he already had a price and actually increased the price based on how the home looked.
Shane's photographer took excellent photos. once our home was on the market the first showing produceda full price offer, which was accepted with some negotiation on terms with Shame's guidance.

While we endorse Shane, for us it wasn't the realtor themselves but rather the sales commission that lead us to chosing 2% Realty.
We have bought and sold many homes throughout ourlife either because of career moves or upgrading. The commission a seller pays to the listing agent can be quite pricey depending on the value of your home.
As a home owner there really isn't much of a difference between 2% realty or regular prices realtors other than what you pay out on commission. As a home owner would you rather not have that extra 10k-20k or more in your own pocket?
Unfortunately we were forced to sell and move to take care of ill elderly parents after owning for such a short period of time. By using 2% it allowed us to sell and walk away without losing anything because we saved on the commission.
Shane Opp is down to earth and very professional. All home owners should do their home work prior to chosing a realtor and understand the differences.

From start to finish Shane proved to be the right Agent for the job and a good fit for us. With a tricky floor plan, but a hot price point he listened to the added value of the property. Shane priced the property accordingly, fairly and presented the home well in the listing. We were blessed with a quick sale which did not require multiple campaigns and print media support as he had the tools to get the listing positioned and available quickly in a hot market. Shane was able to assist us in the negotiation process, recommended a lawyer as ours had retired and assist us in dealing with a caveat that was very aged and was confirmed removed years ago but was not.
