We’re turned to Justin after 2 realtors were unable to sell our home over a 5 month period. We were in a very difficult spot having had to vacate the house due to a relocation. Justin sold in 1 day! Justin was the perfect choice for our first property purchase. Unfortunately we had been priced out of the acreage/farm market for the time being. After discussing options at length with Justin we decided on purchasing an investment condo in NW Calgary based on his vast knowledge and level of expertise in the overall market and especially investment purchases. Justin went above and beyond to make sure we secured a great investment at the right price, in the right neighborhood and even discussed the future equity values we could see by doing some inexpensive renovations.
He put in the hours to have our offer accepted after much back and forth negotiation with the selling agent and secured a signed offer after midnight to firm up the deal.
The whole process was extremely transparent and Justin was very easy to work with ensuring we knew how everything worked every step of the way.
Very happy we chose to work with Justin for our first purchase and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Justin came into our home with more knowledge of the market than ANYONE else ! He was the only one who recognized the value of our home and that what we had was something people sought after. He did a complete market evaluation that took into account similar, neighboring areas which no one else did. This was the key factor in choosing him as our agent and we made the RIGHT choice. He also ‘sweetened’ the deal with a thoughtful check in after our initial meeting (in the form of gourmet goodies and a card). Honestly, he was just the most attentive and thorough agent we met.
