Mandy sold my house for me recently. Even though there were a few issues with the house (structural etc) she helped me get the proper quotes and sold the property over asking! She is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Instead of just emailing the offical offer, she breaks down the offers into easy to understand / quicker reads and still explains further if need be.
