Tanya LaRose Realty Prof Corp brings a rich network of community contacts throughout western Canada in both the residential and commercial real estate industry. Since 2014, she has received numerous accolades for community contributions including the YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Community Building, the #1 Individual in Saskatchewan for Donations to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, the inaugural Innovator in Residence at SIIT, and the Royal LePage Top 2% Award for sales production in Canada. She has also spoken invitationally on CBC National Radio as a real estate industry expert. In 2016, Tanya founded Crystal’s Gift, a non-profit that re-homes gently used furniture to single mothers fleeing domestic violence. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Wanuskewin Heritage Park and the Core Neighbourhood Youth Coop. Tanya LaRose Realty Prof Corp is the Indigenous, female-owned business that guided Red Pheasant First Nation as the debut First Nation in Saskatchewan to open up their own 350+ acre neighbourhood (Eagles Landing) within city limits (North Battleford) in October of 2023. While securing tenants for the Eagles Landing development in North Battleford, Tanya spearheaded the brokering of the debut anchor tenant as the cities first Starbucks. In 2024, the Eagles Landing development was awarded the Economic Development Project of the year by the Saskatchewan Economic Development Alliance based on the awareness brought to the project by Tanya LaRose Realty Prof Corp. In 2024, the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, an association that boasts over 26,000 members, invited Tanya to speak on a panel for “Diversity and Inclusion” in real estate. Tanya is currently completing a Diploma in Urban Land Economics with the University of British Columbia while she actively runs her real estate corporation.
