Brenda Coulter is my agent and there is not enough stars in this universe to rate her with. I wanted a Real Estate Agent that understood what I was looking for and got me the price I wanted. Brenda met this and surpassed my expectations throughout every process of buying a new home.
To start with, Brenda is a great listener and will understand your needs. She asks all the right questions and provided realistic/factual advice and research articles to my in-depth inquiries. During the home search process, she was always available (shocking how fast she returns my call), very patient, and asked the selling Agents questions I would not know to ask. Once I found a place and ready to make the offer, she handled that process with confidence in negotiation, utmost professionalism and attention to details in writing the contract. I was thoroughly impressed by her communication skills with other Agents and their willingness to work with her. This speaks volume to her solid reputation in this industry. Once the deal was done, Brenda continues to follow up and ensure I was ready for the move.
It is a challenging time for buyers right now and when I felt discouraged, Brenda kept me motivated and excited to find a new home. In hindsight, I wish I had Brenda as my Agent in my previous real estate endeavours, but I didn’t and it was a hit and miss. Brenda is amazing! I could not have asked for a better realtor to go through the process of buying my first home. She was incredibly helpful, provided so much feedback and helpful suggestions. Brenda was always ready to chat whenever I had a question or saw a listing I liked, and set up showings on my schedule. She made me feel as though I was her only client, and rolled through it with all the support I needed.
This whole process was overwhelming at first, but Brenda made it so seamless! I am so happy in my new home, and feel so welcome with the touches that Brenda added on possession day.

We previously had a "top agent" in our area and there was NO comparison. Brenda worked harder than we every imagined , Brenda understood the market. We just bought a house with Brenda Coulter as our realtor, and are extremely pleased. We moved from the UK to Calgary, and Brenda worked hard for us before we even arrived by listening attentively to what we required in a house and sending us possibilities that would meet those requirements.
Brenda’s knowledge of the various areas around the city including future construction and development helped us narrow down our search. For example, knowing that a major highway was planned for certain areas was extremely helpful!
Her attentiveness to detail, combined with her excellent communication made our search stress free. When we did find the house we wanted to buy, Brenda was invaluable in helping us construct an offer by making sure we had all of the details, including comparing comps and price strategies. Throughout the closing process, she made sure to keep us up to date on every aspect, making it all go very smoothly.
In addition, Brenda had a roster of real estate lawyers, house inspectors etc. that she shared with us, and her recommendations were spot on and very helpful.
We have bought various homes throughout North America, and Brenda was without a doubt the best purchasing realtor we have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
I would like to conclude that this review was not solicited by Brenda. I offered to write it, as I was so incredibly impressed by her skills as a realtor that I want to spread the word so others can benefit by her expertise.

Brenda was great to work with. She was personable, always professional and provided good advice during the whole selling process. We were on vacation for a portion of the sale but Brenda was still quick to communicate with and kept us up to date with any feedback from open houses or showings. Our house was sold during a buyers market but Brenda was always honest about what to expect and had reasonable recommendations regarding the listing price and the current market. She has even followed up with us after the sale of our house to see how we are which shows that she truly cares about her clients. We would definitely recommend her to any friends and family that require a real estate agent!

Brenda Coulter is the most professional, hardest working, dedicated and extraordinary sales person I have participated with in selling my property. Brenda knew exactly the current market, property values, and amenities in my former area. She also guided me through the selling and buying process like a seasoned life coach. Now that's very hard to find in today's real estate professional services. She not only worked from as early as 6:00 am until well past 11:00 pm at times, but also made herself available for showings and negotiations 7 days of the week. And she has never complaint once! She is high energy, positive and precise. If I had any questions inquiring about anything, Brenda is on the ball 24/7!!!
