We worked with Paul over the past 18 months looking at various options that would fit our family's needs. Boy, does this agent work hard for you! We had an older mobile home to sell with 3 different owners in 3 different towns, listing and selling it meant a small commission but he worked on it like it was a million-dollar estate. Always on top of everything that was happening, super communicator. We had a heating issue come up and as all owners didn’t live in town Paul took his kids in his car on BOXING DAY and drove over to fix things. Turned out a breaker had flipped on the heat exchanger. I can’t tell you if any other Realtor would have done that for us. Amazing, sincere and knowledgeable agent, you really can’t go wrong and I can’t say enough about how pleased we are. We were recommended to use Paul, as BC law mandates there has to be two agents involved.
Since we did not know him we asked a lot of questions. He answered all of our questions and researched and solved any outstanding issues we asked of him. We found him to be honest, hard working and responsive. We were very happy with him, his skill set and response to queries.
