Ally was professional, courteous, patient and most of all efficient in helping us find our dream home log cottage in Marble Bay, Lake Cowichan, BC. Ally was extremely helpful during the negotiations with the seller and his agent and managed to successfully include several key inclusions for the sale .. having the hot water tank replaced, inclusion of a lovely sectional, generator and ensuring both wood burning fireplaces were Wett Certified and appropriate caps were installed on the chimney. We definitely were well represented throughout the whole process and I would have Ally as my Real Estate Agent again should I ever be in the market for a new property!
One more thing ..
On possession day, Ally greeted us at the new property bearing a beautiful gift basket which was most appreciated!
