The Lino Arci Team were a seller's dream come true! Both Italia and Lino took exceptional care of us which lead to the sale of our rental property. I can't say enough good things about them. Italia kept us in the loop via emails and texts throughout the duration of the home being listed. Every two weeks, we would receive an update regarding the market, as well as feedback on the house from the agents who completed the showings.... Italia and Lino followed up with EVERY SINGLE SHOWING. That is dedication and care. They also tried various strategies to increase traffic on showings which clearly worked because we had over 58 showings within 2 weeks once changes were made and then accepted an offer from one of the agents and their clients. We worked with Amit when we were looking at options for a new home back in December 2020. One of the first impressions we got from him was that he was very prompt in his responses and proactive in finding homes that fit our requirements. Within a few days we saw several houses with him providing his expertise and guidance. He always had the answers for any questions we had regarding the houses he was showing. It showed to us that he did his homework prior to us seeing the houses. When we had finally decided on a home, his strategy to close the deal allowed us to put in our offer and we closed within 1 day of putting it in. He worked tirelessly late at night to update contracts and make sure T's and C's were accurate so we could sign with confidence.
After the purchase, Italia and Lino's team helped us organize and stage the home within 4 days of us purchasing the new home. I would equate this to some sort of miracle as our home, like most homes, had tons of accumulated items over the year which we had to move and store. The staging team came in once we had moved things to storage and they transformed the house into an immaculate show home. Our kids were amazed at how great it looked (without all our usual junk lying around!)!
Within 3 days of listing (it was showed over the weekend), we had 2 firm offers and closed our sale on the 4th day over asking.
End-to-end from the time we purchased to the time we sold was about 8 days. Seamless and efficient would be the two words I would describe our experience for what would normally be a very stressful string of events.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this entire team to anyone who's in need of a real estate agent. They are one of the best teams we've ever worked with.

I was very happy with Lino and his wife (Italia). They made me feel very comfortable and wanted us to the get the best price possible for the sale of our home. There are no words to express the Lino Arci Team’s service as they performed way above my expectations. When Lino Arci and Florica came over my house and stated that they had a buyer for my property to which being a seller and real estate broker, I asked them to bring in the buyer and will proceed with the formality after. The following day being Saturday, they asked for a showing in evening and later on Sunday they met me in the morning with the listing and offer documents to which I was astonished especially with the offer coming from another agent.
