Mandeep recently helped us with the sale of our condo and the purchase of a new townhouse. Our condo had a tenant who was smoking indoors and the unit needed repairs to remove the lingering smell. Mandeep helped us weigh our cost/benefit options, connected us with subcontractors who could complete the repairs, and was actively engaged through the entire process.
