We started our house hunt process in late October when we were introduced to Kam. For some reason, I had this vision of fast-talking agent but we met Kam, this mild-mannered person who was we had to actually strain to hear. He was very knowledgeable and helped us feel heard and made sure to provide the pros and cons of decision making.
To put it easily, we hired him the same day and he helped us find the right homes and helped us determine what are the important things to keep in mind. His construction background came in handy as he was able to explain certain things and also helped us understand certain engineering and architectural limitations and features.
