She went the extra mile to make sure that the seller wasn’t just seeing a name on paperwork, that they knew my story and what the house would mean to me. Can’t thank her enough for all her help through this process. Not an easy time to purchase a house. Can get very frustrating at times when you miss out on so many houses. She didn’t give up and kept helping me look. If I had questions about anything she would find out the answer and get back to me right away. Through the purchase of my new home Katherine helped me with finding a lawyer and changing lawyers when that one couldn’t do the work at last minute in time. Helped set up the home inspection. Buying from out of town can be an overwhelming experience especially when you are not familiar with the layout of the city but Katherine was able to make the experience as smooth as possible for all involved. I acted as the buyer viewing each property and used tech to Facetime my sister who was ultimately making the purchase. With the market the way it is right now, we viewed a large number of homes and Katherine did her homework on each one so we were fully equipped with the knowledge to pursue or pass on the property.
