I don't rate 5 stars lightly. Alex worked like a dog to help us get our little rental filled. He always maintained professionalism and always kept his head high being positive. The reality is, the commission for the rental was small, but Alex didn't let that bias his behavior as he treated it like he was selling a house. Lots and lots of showings as we struggled to find a tenant for months.
