Thomas was great to work with. He helped us buy our home last year in a competitive market and found the property before it was listed on MLS. Without his hard work I don’t think we would have been able to find what we were looking for without compromising or being outbid. My experience with Thomas could be summarized as buying a lived-in home with the confidence of buying a brand new one. We are busy people who don't have a lot of time to spend doing days of research into every detail of the purchase and sale process. Thomas took the time to take care of a lot of that for us, from walking through what homes were selling for, what potential buyers were looking for, and introducing us to vendors who were a good fit for our needs. I always felt like he was on our team as we sold our home, offering solid advice and talking us through any issues that arose. We never felt pressured to just take an offer or do anything specifically, and it was always our choices that drove where we ended up. When it came to purchasing, Thomas was just as helpful. We looked at numerous places, and Thomas was extremely patient as we went through all of them. He was able to help us point out pitfalls, things that we may find annoying later on, and just understood how we were going to be using the space. He was also able to help suggest ways to make the space our own, so if there were minor things we didn’t like, we felt at ease knowing that it was something that could be easily changed post-purchase. I would definitely recommend Thomas to anyone who wants an expert advice in real estate and doesn’t have time to try to become an expert themselves.

Within 10 days we were able to sell my condo in a tough competitive market. He was professional throughout the entire process, reliable by answering all my questions/calls or getting back to me in a timely manner, and with his honesty and knowledge in the market in regards to price point and negotiation is what ultimately helped me get top dollar for my condo and to sell it a lot faster than expected in a very tough sellers market during Calgary's economic downturn.

I have known Thomas for about two years now and this was the first actual transaction he worked for me. Thomas is extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable about the real estate situation in Calgary at all times. I chose Len T Wong and assoc. for their public exposure and met Thomas in the summer of 2015. Most from Calgary will know that this was the absolute worst time to sell a house in Calgary in the last 25 years but Thomas got the job done. He was very professional and personable and most importantly, optimistic. We were very concerned about finding a buyer as our property was a more expensive property and the timing was very bad, however, Thomas kept in touch with me on all interested parties, where the market was sitting and all of our options throughout the process and most importantly,he found us a buyer. Thomas was very helpful in the selling and buying my property. He was very knowledgeable of the area I was interested in and was always prompt and on time for appointments. When it came time to negotiate he was helpful in keeping that process open and the lines of communication going. And as well kept me informed even if there was no news yet. I appreciate that. For the new property there were things he pointed out and had addressed with the owners prior to me moving in. Again this was very helpful.
