Matt worked with me and my 2 daughters, we were able to get an offer for asking price on the first day of showing, thanks to his attention to markets and advice , we had 4 showings the first day. Matt's video and assistance in preparation made the processes very easy, considering my uncertain moving date. And when an issue arose for the buyers we were able to get another firm offer on the first day of the relisting which was only a couple thousand under listing price.
I'm getting settled in a new community and looking forward to a smooth legal meeting to wrap up this quick transition, even though I was happy in Okotoks for 12 years.
