REALTOR® Profile
Licensed for Residential, Commercial & Agricultural Sales I have spent the majority of my career in the financial services industry, but my roots are in agriculture. I grew up on a mixed cattle and grain farm near Herschel, Saskatchewan, which led me to pursue a Diploma in Agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan. My early career began with Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, where I gained experience buying grain, followed by roles with the Agricultural Credit Corporation of Saskatchewan and Bank of Nova Scotia. However, the bulk of my professional experience has been with the local Credit Union system, working in Battlefords, Paradise Hill, and most recently, Edam Credit Union. Through these roles, I developed strong connections in the region and a deep appreciation for small, close-knit communities. A Lifelong Passion for Real Estate Real estate has always been a passion of mine. Throughout my working life, I often thought about transitioning into the field, and after serving the needs of Edam Credit Union, I decided to make that vision a reality. I quickly realized that becoming a REALTOR® is no small task—there is a significant educational component that demands expertise and professionalism. The depth of knowledge required in this industry has only strengthened my commitment to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. My wife and I have been invested in real estate for as long as we’ve been married. We started purchasing, renovating, and selling homes when our children were young. They often teased us about growing up in renovation zones—only to have to keep their spaces pristine for showings once the work was complete. While we like to joke that we were "flipping houses before flipping became a thing," the reality was that we simply wanted to upgrade our homes, and selling was necessary to move on to the next opportunity. Now on our 24th home, we are thrilled to be settled in this beautiful region and plan to stay for years to come. Bringing Local Knowledge & Expertise to Real Estate I am grateful for the opportunity to join Louise Stuart and the team at Lake and Country Realty Ltd.. Living in the heart of this region—between Turtle Lake and Brightsand Lake, and near Edam, Turtleford, St. Walburg, and Paradise Hill—has given me extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. My background in finance and agriculture, combined with my personal experience in real estate, allows me to offer valuable insight to clients looking to buy or sell residential, commercial, or agricultural properties. I understand that real estate transactions can be exciting yet stressful, and I’m here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Whether youre looking for your dream home, a recreational property, or an investment opportunity, I’d love to help guide you through the journey.
