I have worked in the customer service sector all of my life. Prior to becoming a realtor I ran my own cleaning business for over 18 years. I have always prided myself on putting my client/customers needs first, and walking them through the entire process start to finish and beyond. I don't look at my clients/customers like a job they become like an extension of family. Looking out for their bests interests is my job, answering the tough questions. Getting the info when I am unsure of the answer. Being there when the process gets difficult. And owning and fixing any mistakes that may happen along the way. Because, let's be honest....mistakes do happen. It's how you recover from those mistakes that shows your true character and defines who you are!
