The neighbourhood of City Centre is part of the city of Abbotsford, British Columbia, which is situated in the Abbotsford - Mission metropolitan area.

Transportation

Physically active house buyers will value the walk-friendly nature of City Centre; meeting day-to-day needs is easy on foot, and there are also a good number of businesses close by. It is also convenient to commute by bicycle in this area as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Cars are a reasonably good mode of transportation in City Centre. It is easy to come across a place to park, and the majority of houses for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway. In contrast, this area is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, property owners have access to around 10 bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop.
