The neighbourhood of Central Greendale is part of the city of Chilliwack, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured way to get around in this neighbourhood is usually driving. Parking is easy. However, the public transit system in Central Greendale is not very convenient. Nonetheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. The bicycle is a somewhat poor mode of transportation in Central Greendale as the cycling network is not very comprehensive. Thankfully, riding a bike is facilitated by the generally flat terrain, and there is a high density of cyclists. This neighbourhood is also not very suitable for walking since most daily needs are very challenging to carry out by walking.

Services

Families will appreciate the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, properties for sale in Central Greendale. On the other hand, this part of Chilliwack does not contain any high schools. With respect to eating, the nearest supermarket in Central Greendale is generally only a very short walk away.

Character

Central Greendale is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm ambience. Central Greendale is very quiet overall, as the streets tend to be especially tranquil. Green spaces aren't well-situated, making them very difficult to get to.
