Transportation

The car is very often the best way to get around in Eagle Harbour. It is very convenient to find a parking spot, and it is a short drive to the nearest highway, such as Highway 99, from any home in this part of West Vancouver. On the other hand, the public transit system in Eagle Harbour is rather limited. Thankfully, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are typically nearby. Many of the houses for sale in this part of West Vancouver are located in places that are not very convenient for those who travel by foot since running common errands is very inconvenient. It is also at times difficult to commute by bike in this part of the municipality because there are few bike lanes, and there are quite a few elevation changes. Nevertheless, biking is more feasible in certain areas than others.

Parents and their children will value the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from the majority of properties for sale in Eagle Harbour.
