The neighbourhood of Grand Boulevard is part of the city of City of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Active house buyers will welcome the reasonably pedestrian-friendly nature of this area; many common errands can be run on foot, and numerous businesses are quite nearby. A fair number of people in the area use their bicycle as the cycling network is good. This area is a fairly good part of City of North Vancouver for moving around by car. It is convenient to come across a place to park, and nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are very easy to access from any location in this neighbourhood. In contrast, the public transit system in this part of the city is somewhat poor. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties.

Services

Daycares and schools are very easy to get to on foot from anywhere in Grand Boulevard. Concerning food, it is often feasible for house buyers in this part of City of North Vancouver to buy general and specialty groceries by walking. Moreover, this area is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat.

Character

Home buyers who prefer a relaxed atmosphere will enjoy Grand Boulevard. Parks are very easy to reach since there are about 10 of them close by for residents to check out.
