Situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Northwest Langley is a neighbourhood within Township of Langley, British Columbia.

Transportation

This area is an extremely good part of Township of Langley for moving around by car. It is very convenient to find a place to park, and nearby highways are easy to reach from any location in this neighbourhood. However, commuting by public transit is challenging in this part of the municipality. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. Bicycling is easy in this area as there are a good number of bike lanes. In contrast, walking in this part of Township of Langley is not very popular, even though many common errands can be run on foot.

Services

It is very easy to get to the nearest supermarket by walking in Northwest Langley. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes. With respect to education, it is a rather short walk to access primary schools and daycares from most properties for sale in Northwest Langley. However, there are no high schools in this part of the municipality.

Character

Northwest Langley is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. Parks are especially well-spread out and there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover, making it easy to reach them. This neighbourhood is also quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
