Transportation

South Surrey is amenable to cycling as there are a good number of bike lanes. This area will also draw physically active people as it is conducive to those who travel by foot; many day-to-day needs can be met without the use of a car. The best way to get around in South Surrey is very often a car. It is easy to find a place to park, and it is a reasonably short car ride to the closest highway, such as Highway 99, from any location in South Surrey. In contrast, public transit users may experience few options in this neighbourhood due to the service's low frequency. Thankfully, house owners benefit from about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to access both primary and secondary schools from anywhere in South Surrey. Parents have the choice between public and private schools at both the elementary and secondary school level. However, families may find it challenging to get to daycares on foot.
