Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Tsawwassen is a neighbourhood within Delta, British Columbia.

Transportation

Driving is usually the preferred method to get around in Tsawwassen. It is straightforward to find a place to park. In contrast, the public transit network in Tsawwassen is not very practical. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close. The bicycle is a good mode of transportation in Tsawwassen. Walking is not especially feasible for house buyers in this neighbourhood because few daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car.

Services

In Tsawwassen, parents and their schoolchildren will generally be able to get to schools and daycares on foot. Families have the choice between public and private schools at both the primary and secondary school level. With regards to food, the closest supermarket in Tsawwassen is usually only a reasonably short walk away. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well.

Character

Home buyers who prefer a calm atmosphere will enjoy Tsawwassen. There are over 50 parks close by for residents to explore, resulting in them being very easy to reach from the majority of locations within this neighbourhood.
