Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, UniverCity is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia.

Transportation

The best approach to navigate UniverCity is very often driving. It is very easy to park. In contrast, the public transit service in UniverCity is not very frequent. Nevertheless, residents benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. UniverCity is not very suitable for those who travel by foot as very few daily needs can be met on foot. However, UniverCity is reasonably bike-friendly as the cycling network is good.

Services

It is usually possible for property owners in UniverCity to purchase their groceries by walking. Additionally, there is often a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. Concerning education, it is a very short walk to access primary schools and daycares from most properties for sale in this area. In contrast, UniverCity does not have any high schools.

Character

The character of UniverCity is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere. This part of Burnaby is very quiet overall, as the streets tend to be very peaceful.
