Great advice while looking out for my best interests is what she does. And a great negotiator all rolled into the best realtor in town. You should use her too!

Holly is an amazing person & a top-notch Real Estate professional. She helped me purchase a home in a very competitive buyers market. Holly was an incredible real estate agent when my husband and I purchased our first home together. She spent many days and evenings showing us properties and she was extremely patient with us every step of the way. After several weeks of looking, when we finally found “the one”. Holly worked quickly to ensure we got the negotiations done that day. She even came across the city and met us in a parking lot so we could sign our offer before we left on vacation. I have worked with Holly on a couple of occasions and have referred friends to her as well. i was very happy with her communication and setting expectations on both sides. (Buy & Sell) Holly always made sure she got back to me in the same day. I always felt confident that Holly would communicate with the seller in this case my expectations as a buyer. Holly did not waste my time by showing me properties outside my price range. I have worked with a few real estate agents over the years and u truly felt Holly always had my best interest at the foreground. I would work with Holly again and have no issue recommending any one I know to work with her.
