As first time sellers, this was a brave new world. Ken took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and helped us navigate the process. He was always available for a chat or a text - which was very appreciated. Selling in a buyers market during COVID proved to be challenging, but Ken did an outstanding job. It was definitely not a sellers market when our house was put up for sale. Ken managed to sell it within 2 months, despite this challenge. During a hard transition, he made every step of the way smooth and professional. He accommodated both sides in a respectful and patient manner so that everyone was happy. Ken was outstanding to deal with! As a first time home buyer he was always there to answer all of my questions no matter what time I called. Ken found the house for me in a matter of days. He explained to me the difference of using a mortgage broker vs going directly to the bank. And then set me up with an awesome broker. There was not one part of the process that I had to worry about! I knew if I called he would be there to make sure everything was taken care of! Did I just buy?! Or am I still renting? That was too easy!

We have dealt with Ken on a few homes and I have always felt he had our best interests in mind. He is extremely knowledgable, patient and fair.
