Our experience with the Cooper Group was once again a fantastic one. Everyone knows how stressful selling and buying can be, but they came in weeks prior to us listing, and made several suggestions as to which improvements we could make to add further appeal to our home. They also lined us up with a terrific mortgage broker who guided us through the whole mortgage process, making the experience much smoother.
The Cooper Group always gave us plenty of notice for showings, were there early to put the lights on, etc and we were pleased to see everything turned off and locked up once we returned home. Receiving a phone call advising us that the showing was over, was also very helpful.
Because we decided to list our house during Covid-19, the Cooper Group went over and beyond sanitization protocols to ensure everyone's safety and that was very much appreciated as well.
Our purchasing needs were very specific, but the Cooper Group repeatedly came up with homes for us to consider and were very knowledgeable in all the different neighbourhoods. They ended up finding us the perfect home, and we couldn't be happier.

Randy Cooper really had a handle on the market and was able to clearly explain to me why he was recommending the strategy he wanted to use.
