Janis is the best. It took us almost 2 years to find a place that didn't already have an offer accepted, and was in our budget. She was patient and knowledgeable of the area and properties were were looking at, and was supportive throughout the entire process. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Janis is an outstanding realtor. I bought my home from her a decade ago and it still suits me. She heard everything I said and we found the perfect place the first day of touring. I had asked to see a bunch of places, and we did, but the one I bought was not on the list I had created. It was one she had found for me. That's how good she is! I have dealt with her many times since and she is professional, dependable and responsive. It's always a pleasure to work with her. Janis is by far the best realtor in Merritt. She had the answer to all my questions and got things done as quickly as possible. Even though i'm no longer looking for housing I can still call her to ask questions about commercial space and rental property options for business. Janis obviously knew her real estate area very well. She always returned phone calls and the many questions that we had as we lived out of town. She showed us several houses that she felt we would be interested in, but we settled on the first house she showed us. She was patient with us as this was a new experience for us and put us in contact with the various agencies that we needed to deal with. We were especially impressed with the fact that she did not "forget about us" after the deal was closed. She continued to help us through the various processes and we thank her for that. A job very well done and we have recommended her to several folks that we know are interested in the Merritt area.
