Met up with Rony after going through a number of realtors who offer the guaranteed sale price. Rony was the only one confident enough in his selling skills to provide an offer to buy my house if he was unable to sell it in a reasonable time. Others would boast about their skills but when pressed for a guarantee, they all chickened out especially when interest rates started going up. Rony takes the time to research properties to help determine the average selling price. It's a crazy market and difficult to know what a place will sell for. When there wasn't a lot of interest in my home, he quickly cancelled the listing and posted another $50K less. After that, there were several showings booked. We were lucky to accept a preemptive offer prior to the closing date. Rony contacted other Realtors who had seen the property, to offer a chance to bid. In the end, the preemptive offer was the best bid. Instructions and documents were provided in a timely manner and the deadline was met.

When me and my girlfriend decided to buy a house we knew the market was hot, but didn't know how hot. After several bookings, viewings, showings and open houses, we were out bid in two offers, but none the less Rony didn't push or pressure us to make offers above our comfort zone, instead he listened and advised us through the whole process. Working 9-5 and trying to buy a house in this hot market wasn't easy as we both had to sacrifice our lunch times and work hours, or prepare ourselves for after-5pm-viewings and traffic jams (if the property was in Kanata). Rony was very patient with us as we constantly changed our needs and wants with regards to our purchase and was always available when we needed him. Despite being outbid twice, he continued to keep a positive attitude even when we felt slightly defeated. Rony was there to guide us in our purchase and provide us new knowledge and was never pushy; we were always able to relay our concerns and questions to him without hesitation. Rony has been great throughout the entire process. Great communication, very friendly, he really eased a lot of concerns as first-time home buyers. He also made sure we understood how the process would work up front when we first met; which properties we would we seeing, how the offer(s) would be submitted, next steps, etc.
Once we put an offer in, he made sure we were aware of anything that might be a "red flag" and I felt confident each time we asked a question about the property or process.
The best part was we never felt like we were being pressured at any point. Rony always gave us the facts of the matter with no bias, but if we asked for his view(s), he would provide them in a neutral tone, which we appreciated.
Overall, VERY HAPPY. I was expecting a daunting process but so far the biggest hurdle has been figuring out the actual move and what color we want to paint the walls. 5/5.

Several years retired, we were thinking of downsizing, selling our house and buying or renting a condo or a bungalow. Rony explained to us the advantages and disadvantages of renting versus buying, of condos versus bungalows. He patiently guided us through several scenarios, provided options and helped us clarify and create a list of must and nice to have.
