Working with Aleks was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. His calm pleasant demeanour helped me feel less anxious about the complicated procedure of purchasing my first home. Looking back now I realize how grateful I am for his extensive experience, many many tips, his quick and consistent response to my needs, and taking care of all the little things. Aleks real estate experience is an understatement, in my opinion. I learned so much and couldn’t believe all the connections he had from my banking needs, a great lawyer, locations that fit the bill, even contractors for some renovations I wanted to do. I give Aleks a 5-star rating because I never once felt stressed after speaking with him and I know I made it through the ordeal because he truly cared about me. He was sincere and you just knew he loved his job!

Very friendly and helpful for us during the process of buying our first home. He gave a lot of information that was useful for the inspection and it was neat how we could see all the houses in the area that were similar and get a history on all of those houses.
