Mark Cullen was very personable and respectful, spending significant amounts of time answering questions, explaining aspects involved in selling a property, and sharing much knowledge about the structure and operations of homes. His experience and clear and prompt communication throughout the selling process was reassuring and much appreciated. Our property sold very quickly and for a satisfactory price. I highly recommend Mark Cullen and would not hesitate to enlist his services again.

Mark was great for contacting about viewings. Many had quick turnaround on being listed and having offers and Mark made this known to us and got us in quickly at several places. His knowledge on what to look for in houses was extremely helpful and gave us peace of mind that we wouldn't be walking into a money pit of a house.
