We were beyond happy with our selling and buying experience with the Christine Cowern Team! Both Christine and Tanya are so knowledgeable, organized, and responsive to any questions or concerns you might have about the process. You really feel like you're getting a team service when you list and buy with them. They will try their very best to help out with whatever random question or need you have during the process (and they respond to your texts and emails at all times of the day). If you have a question about hiring painters or getting quotes for renovations at your new place -- she's on it and will send you something back ASAP! I bought my first property with Christine about 7 years ago and I recently had the pleasure of working with Christine and her team once again on 2 projects that came up back to back. What can I say except that they delivered on every stage and were firing on all cylinders.

The first was on the sale of the Condo I lived in. Christine provided me all the details I needed about current market conditions, current legislation changes and where my Condo fell into that picture. I was hesitant about using a stager but Christine had never steered me wrong in the past and I choose to listen to her. Listen up people it paid off "BIG TIME". All the parts came together and I got more on closing than I think we both anticipated. She also sets you up so that you are notified and kept up to date on all viewings of your property. BTW house listed and sold over ask within 72 hours and that was with me out of the country. She is not an old school agent. Christine and her team make this possible by using the most current and available technology out there. No fax machine here. LOL. Also 2 thumbs up to Rachael, Bethany and Marisol for an awesome staging job.

The second transaction was unexpected on my part. I had a Condo rental unit downtown and the current tenants of 3+ years notified me they were moving out because they bought a house and moving into a new and exciting stage of their life. However for me this was a very busy time at work and I did not have the time to interview and do showings for a new tenant. In the past I had always done this on my own but choose to reach out and see if Christine and team were up for the challenge. SURPRISE they took it on and found me a new SUPER TENANT with the deal and lease completed in 48 hours!!!!

It was like handing over the keys of our house, and then having Christine take over and run the show for us. Communicated late into the night (because we asked for it), through text, IMs, emails, phone...Follows the simple principle of over-communicating, so that over-zealous sellers like us are kept happy!! In our absence, Christine took out the trash, swept the floors, boxed in our cushions prior to rain storms, received our mail and parcels etc. Her team helped us patch up drywall. Christine has a huge storage of decor items she used to stage our house. All of this at no additional cost!

We are from out of province and wanted to sell our downtown Toronto condo but didn’t know a realtor. We searched online for realtors with 5 star reviews and Christine Cowern’s name came up. She has without a doubt earned those reviews. From the initial phone call the service we received was exceptional. Christine went above and beyond taking care of things most realtors don’t. She was always responsive, answering phone calls and texts in a timely manner. Our condo sold in two days! Christine’s superior marketing and negotiating skills got us a quick sale and a sale price well above asking while other condos in the same building were still on the market. A few days before closing the purchaser requested some minor fixes be taken care of, being so far away we called Christine in a panic, thankfully she was already on it.
