I chose Grace and Greg Lloyd because they were friendly and explained the process to me. They were very knowledgeable about the local market process of working with them was very informative start to finish.  Grace always kept me up to date and in contact with me at all times. All negotiations were done in format and on time.  Greg's photography of pics were very professional and sold the property well.  I always felt like a priority to them.  Grace discussed options and alternatives.  Both were very business oriented. They worked well as a team for me.  I was able to make my own decisions with their guidance.  If I was to purchase or sell again I would contact Grace and Greg or highly recommend them. Thanks Len
