He was there for me, whenever I needed him. He hosted an open house multiple times professionally. Steve helped me to set up homes and prep for showings. Things like cleaning, landscaping, repairs, everything can be fixed. Steve did an amazing job of helping us to properly price the property to get the interest required to get a satisfactory deal. He had done his research on the neighbourhood and knew what we were up against. Pricing low was the right move as it garnered interest and multiple offers. We sold for a great deal over asking! Then, when he found an interested buyer, he worked tirelessly back and forth between us to negotiate the best result for everyone involved.
