A former classmate highly recommended that I list my property for sale with Chloe and Clara. Interestingly enough, neighbors would walk by and say, “you chose the best of the best”, which helped allay the fear of the unknown. I have to whole heartedly agree with those neighbors.
I found Chloe and Clara to be very knowledgeable about the neighborhood my property was in, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. They gave sage, measured advice in determining realistic list prices (I ended up having two properties listed with them for some time, selling one and moving to the other). I found them to be very conscientious in their marketing efforts, hosting numerous open houses, and preparing post card style “mailers”, which were sent to targeted areas, to maximize the exposure of my properties. They also targeted my properties to those people to whom multigenerational housing might appeal to the most.
They definitely knew how to structure various conditions in the purchase and sale agreement, to fully protect my financial interests. Chloe and Clara helped us purchase our first home! A few things have stood out to us in the process:
Firstly, their timely responses and open communication. As first time home buyers, we had lot of questions and wanted to see many houses! Chloe and Clara were always quick to respond, available for a phone call and were quick to arrange times for showings.
Secondly, their friendliness! When looking at multiple properties, you end up spending a lot of time with your realtor. Both Chloe and Clara are a pleasure to be around, they are never pushy and are looking to understand what you want in order to help you. We felt very comfortable with them, and felt like we got to know them over time! They made the buying process very enjoyable!
Lastly, the ease of the whole process! Chloe and Clara walked us through every step of our purchase...from evaluating the house and the current market, to the bargaining process, to the waiving of conditions. In fact, we went through the process a few times (unfortunately due to uncontrollable factors), and each time Chloe and Clara were timely, patient and so pleasant to deal with!

Chloe was excellent in gauging the market to get us the best price possible for our home, when other realtors advised us to list for less. She sold our home within 24 hours and was very helpful in the negotiation process. The buying process didn't run so smoothly but Chloe was always professional and positive, making a stressful situation that much better and was always available to answer any questions.
