Our realtor, Jevin Barton, went above and beyond to help us find our dream home, he even helped move us in and brought goodies to nourish our bodies during the stressful times of moving!
We had several conversations about what we wanted in a home and he gave several options and perspectives that reflected our price range. Jevin’s caring and nurturing personality allowed for seamless conversations and he created a no- pressure environment. I am a very inquisitive person and Jevin was patient and understanding with my many questions and comments. We had the opportunity to look at a variety of different homes in different areas in Saskatoon and Martensville and through that experience, Jevin offered expertise in areas that we were not knowledgeable in. For example, he would explain where the sun is facing for a garden placement, foundation knowledge and possible concerns, safe and not safe windows in a basement for possible tenants, etc. As a first-time home buyer, I felt like Jevin filled the gaps for us in the way of thinking about the whole picture. I was very focused on looks, feel, layout and practicality and he filled in the gaps to ensure we were making a smart financial decision. When we finally found our dream home, it happened to be a competitive situation as there was another possible buyer who submitted an offer before we did. Jevin gave my partner and I space to discuss and after we decided to place an offer he met us at 8 pm to complete the offer agreement together. Jevin is an outstanding person who is genuine and purposeful in every meeting. We will continue to use Jevin for future purchases and we would highly recommend him to anyone selling or purchasing a home. I would rate my experience 10/10.

Jevin always acted very fast and let us know of any new information regarding our purchase. We had a very tight timeline with our offer and Jevin woke us up at 2:00 am to let us know that our offer was accepted and that in order to secure the deal we needed to sign paperwork right away. We were both amazed that he was literally working around the clock for us!
When it came time to take possession Jevin showed up with pizza, snacks and even his moving clothes as I was going to be moving the furniture in on my own. He helped me unload our 1st load from the moving truck and said that if he didn't have another meeting he would have stayed longer to help more. Both my wife and I were unbelievably happy with Jevin's service from start to finish, we would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a home.
