Michael is a great individual to work with. His work ethic and business skills really shined while selling my property. The tools he utilizes to make the place brighter and really showcase the property were second-to-none ie. cleaning the property, photography and marketing tools. Although he recently obtained his license - the natural talent is strong with this one.

Overall, this is THE MOST IMPRESSIVE experience I've personally had when it comes to real estate agents. Scale does not go high enough to demonstrate the satisfaction we received working with Michael.

He put in many hours finding us our house and then just as much selling our house - we were very specific. Through the entire process he was able to keep us calm and focused on our end goal.

His knowledge of industry trends and the calgary marketplace proved invaluable in our deal.

What we remember the most about our time with Michael was when pictures were being taken for our old house we could not be at home to ensure our mini schnauzer was out of the way. Michael arrived early at the house to play with him and then stayed a little after the pictures to make sure he was comfortable.

On days that Micahel was not available for us we used other members of his team which all showed the same level of caring and understanding. Would recommend them all

Happy to say Michael is a good friend now and will be our choice when we look at upgrading again.

We worked with Michael to sell our condo. Michael was very professional, accommodating and most of all trustworthy. He gave us good advice on how to make our condo more presentable to buyers, such as professional carpet cleaning and carpet stretching which saved us money as we were going to replace the carpet. We were impressed with the photographer photos which made the condo look beautiful. Michael was always accessible as we were dealing with him long distance. Micheal was so great to work with. He was easy going and professional at all times, and we always felt confident that he'd take care of the necessary details and communicate them back to us. He continually went above and beyond our expectations... for example, crafting and hand-delivering letters to homes we were targeting in our search, to help us find us the perfect place.
