We chose to use Jas to sell our condo as we had a great experience with him buying our first house the year before. His approach in listing our property was methodical, especially when the listing involved the tenants. Jasben Lai was nothing short of a perfect realtor for us during our purchasing experience.
During the viewings of the selected properties we were interested in, he was quick to book a viewing and was calm and knowledgeable. He researched the properties prior to the viewing to let us know any items we should know during the viewings.
As we booked different viewings, he was always patience to ensure we found the exact property we were looking for and did not pressure us at all to make a big unless we were 100% comfortable with the offer.

I was impressed with Jas since day one. After stumbling on a video of his on Youtube, we reached out through email right away. We got a quick reply in the form of a video message, which I thought was a nice personal touch. We had a few meetings discussing our goals and vision for our future home. After the call, he sent a comprehensive email outlining the entire process of buying a home and the estimated closing costs. As first time home buyers, we really valued this. During the home viewing process, Jas was so easy to contact. This was one of my favorite things about him. We also felt like we could ask him any question without feeling embarrassed. As we looked through homes, he didn't push us to buy anything right away. He kept pointing out features that would make the house a good investment, and the parts that could be of concern. After we closed on a house, we found issues that our inspector (not jasben's inspector) did not catch. We reached out to Jas right away and he was there for us fully. He helped calm us down and explained our options. The fact that Jas still helped us after the closing of the house really shows the type of realtor he is. He really goes above and beyond in taking care of his clients.

It was easy to select Jaz as our realtor once we got in contact with him. He listened to our specific scenario and set expectations early so that there weren't any surprises later on. Jasben was fantastic. Very attentive to detail. He really tried to help us understand what we wanted from the get go l. Being new home owners we changed our preferences many times and each time Jasben was very accommodating and understanding. He had great knowledge of the goods and bads of the home and always provided recommendations without being too pushy. This is my second experience working with Jas. His work will speak for itself. He comes prepared, with a plan, and clearly communicates throughout the process. Sets expectations (pricing, market, etc). I have worked with other more experienced realtors who he easily outperformed. Proof that it's quality of work, not volume. Secondly it's research and preparation over "hunches" and "trust me" moments (though some experience is always good). You will get a good realtor.

Jasben was highly recommended by relatives in Calgary. We had no knowledge of the area, or even what we wanted to purchase! Jasben spent considerable time helping us decide on a property and took the time to keep us up-to-date on the purchase. He was always available and very informative for an "out-of-province" buyer.
We did not have one issue with the purchase of this property. Jasben even managed to negotiate a further decrease in the purchase price beyond what we thought would be the final. He was amazing! All the paperwork was done and completed in a timely manor, inspections completed and a very helpful "to do list" forwarded to keep us on track. He never failed to answer our calls or to find any other information we might need: lawyers, insurance, condo management etc. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient, Can't wait to meet him!
The above completely describes Jasben. Throughout the process I often wondered how I could be so lucky!

Me and my husband had a great experience with Jasben Lai in purchasing our first home. Sometimes it's hard to trust realtors, because you never know if they are being genuine or just trying to make a sale. I knew we could trust Jasben the moment he said that sure we'll go look at that house, but he wouldn't recommend buying it, since it is not a good one. That made me trust him and be certain that he actually has our best interest in mind, and is not just trying to make a sale.

Jasben did an excellent job to aid this first time buyer throughout the buying process.
Additionally, I was not always available to meet all immediate correspondences but Jasben was reliably there to fill in.
We looked at many properties, but he began to understand what my values were and narrowed towards a property I really liked, under my budget. I had no clue nor time to research inspection companies, lawyers etc but Jasen again rose to the occasion, proving a list of companies in a single email with pros and cons and I picked from there. It was like getting all the choices on a sliver platter.
